Co-founder, Yoga & Pilates Specialist  

Salwa is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with 10 years of experience in fitness and yoga training. She specializes in core strengthening, postural alignment, and mindful movement, helping clients build both physical and mental resilience. Her classes focus on fluidity, breathwork, and strength, making them accessible to all levels.

Co-founder, Strength & Conditioning Expert

A passionate advocate for functional fitness, Fawzi specializes in strength training, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. His approach integrates bodybuilding and powerlifting patterns with modern training techniques to help clients move better and feel stronger in their daily lives.  

Movement Flow & Animal Flow Instructor

Dyala brings a unique approach to movement by blending elements of natural movement with full range of motion. Her classes emphasize fluid motion, strength, and coordination, making fitness an art of self-expression. With many international certificates under her belt, Dyala is a master trainer and can tailor the right type of exercise for each individual.

Capoeira Instructor

With a 17 year long  background in Brazilian Capoeira, Issam passes along a blend of acrobatics, self-defense, and dance moves. 

His energetic and engaging classes challenge both the body and mind, fostering discipline, agility, and creativity.  

Capoeira is Issam’s passion, aside from being a Graduado, he’s a web engineer when he’s not doing floorwork.

He’s held workshops & space for students in France, Lebanon, Egypt & Jordan.

Ladies Gymnastics

After earning her degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Gymnastics, Sasha began teaching gymnastics to women, encouraging them to explore their incredible physical and mental potential.

Also being a calisthenics coach and a dancer helped her embrace movement and understand what it’s like to have a strong, functional and high-quality body.

Stretching and kids parkour

A lifelong mover with a passion for martial arts, parkour, and creative expression through physical performance. His background in Taekwondo and breakdance inspired his entry into the world of flexibility, stretching, and mobility. When he’s not teaching, he’s a stunt performer and coordinator on movie sets.
